Important Information and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Vomely Marketing Management ("Vomely", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, transfers, and protects the personal data you provide when you access or use our websites, related microsites, mobile applications, and digital platforms, or when you interact with us through channels including, but not limited to, email (marketing and operational), chatbots, and customer support (collectively, the "Services").

Vomely Marketing Management is a sole establishment incorporated with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under registration number 1585413, with its registered office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, we act as the data controller for the personal data we process.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who oversees our privacy programme. Questions about this policy or your legal rights may be directed to info@vomely.io or by post to our Dubai office address.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly process children's data.

The Types of Personal Data We Collect

Depending on whether you are a general user, property seeker, private seller, or real estate professional, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Profile and Reputation Data Your username, password, profile picture, user reviews or ratings, and success metrics such as number of active listings, deals closed, and response time performance.
Communication Data Records of messages exchanged via our in-platform chat, enquiries sent to agents, marketing preferences, and recordings of telephone calls made through call-tracking numbers on the platform for lead monitoring and quality assurance.
Technical and Usage Data IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, time zone, browsing history, saved properties, clickstream data, and geolocation data if you enable location services to find properties near you.

Note on Aggregated Data: We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data under applicable law where it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

How Your Personal Data Is Collected

We collect data from and about you through the following methods. Providing personal data is entirely voluntary; however, withholding certain data may prevent you from using specific features of the Services, such as listing properties.

  1. Direct Interactions You voluntarily provide us with your Identity, Contact, and Financial Data when you:
    • Create an account or profile on our platform;
    • List a property for sale, rent, or barter;
    • Contact a broker, landlord, or seller through our enquiry forms;
    • Subscribe to our newsletters or property alerts;
    • Request marketing or promotional information to be sent to you;
    • Enter a competition, promotion, or survey; or
    • Give us feedback or contact our customer support.
  2. Automated Technologies As you interact with our website and mobile applications, we automatically collect Technical and Usage Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.   3. Third Parties or Publicly Available Sources We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources to verify the legitimacy of users and listings:
    • Analytics Providers: for example Google Analytics, to help us understand how you use our platform.
    • Payment Processors: to process payments for premium services securely. We do not store your full credit card details directly.
    • Government and Public Registries: we may validate broker licence numbers (ORN/BRN) or property details such as Title Deeds via public databases including the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), or the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
    • Social Media: if you choose to log in via a third-party platform such as Facebook, Google, or Apple, we receive basic profile information from them.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We only process your data when a lawful basis applies under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. The main purposes, data categories, legal bases, and core retention periods are as follows:

Vomely Marketing Management is headquartered in Dubai, UAE. However, we utilize third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting servers, payment gateways, and analytics tools) that may be located outside the UAE. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UAE, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
